Questions about Dokoo codes

How do I use a Dokoo promo code?

Press Get code on the code you want. That copies it and opens Dokoo in a new tab. Fill your basket, then paste the code into the promo code box at checkout and apply it. Check the total actually changed before you pay. If you only want the code, Copy code copies it without opening anything.

Does Dokoo have a first-order discount?

One of the codes here, Hot Offer, is marked by Dokoo as new customers or first order only. It is labelled as such in the list above.

Why did a Dokoo code not work?

Most often the basket does not meet a condition attached to the code, such as a minimum spend or a first-order restriction. Any condition the store stated is shown on the code. Stores can also switch a code off without notice.

How do I report a code that did not work?

Open "Details and terms" on that code and answer the "Did this code work?" question. That feedback is what the shopper-confirmed labels on this page are built from.
